Gala Dinner

Dear Friends, Chères amies, chers amis,

We would be very honored if you would attend the Gala Dinner, a benefit for the Scholarship Fund, which will take place on Monday, 30 October 2017 in the sumptuous salons of the Paris City Hall.  This exceptional evening, hosted by the Mayor of Paris, Madame Anne Hidalgo, is a unique occasion to bring together supporters of the 10th edition of the Gay Games, a Celebration of Diversity, and to raise funds for the scholarship program.

The evening will take place in two parts: 

Part 1:

  • 18:30 :             Welcome and photo call
  • 19:00-20:00 :   Press Conference with the official signature confirming the Partnership
                            between the City of Paris and Paris 2018, followed by the announcement of the
                            Host for Gay Games 2022, in the presence of Mayor Anne Hidalgo.
  • 20:00 - 21:00 : Cocktail offered by Paris 2018
Part 2:
  • 21:00 - 23:00 : Gala Diner in the presence of Paris 2018 Ambassadors and moderated by a media personality, with a musical performance, a raffle / tombola, and a short awards presentation.

You can reserve your place for this exceptional moment by purchasing a ticket for 100€ (please register as 'FGG Member').
Individual seating will be assigned by the Paris 2018 team.  To reserve a table for 10 people (and attribute the places for your table), you can make a payment of 1000 Euros.  [If you are not able to attend, your donation will be gratefully accepted. ]
