Accreditation will take place on Thursday, 26 October, at 17:00 (5PM) at the AGA venue, the Ministère de l'Education Nationale, de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche, 25 Rue de la Montagne Sainte Geneviève, 75005 Paris.   When you first arrive at the AGA Venue, you will need to show your passport or national ID Card (no copies).  When your credentials have been verified, you will received an AGA Badge that you will need to display at all times. For all subsequent entries, you will be able to show this badge. Every time you leave and re-enter the building, you will be required to show your badge.  Also, your bags and luggage will be scanned, and you will pass through a detector (similar to those found at an airport). 

NOTE:If you do not obtain your accreditation on Thursday, you could experience significant delays when entering the building on Friday morning.

Following your initial accreditation on Thursday, 26 October, you will be directed to the Welcome Reception, which will take place until 7:30PM.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes in advance of your meetings in order to allow enough time to pass through the security checks.
